Refund Policy

Digital Products
All of our resources are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Defective or corrupted files: If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable, contact us within 30 days and we will replace the file or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Not as described: If the resource you receive materially differs from its product description, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same resource twice, contact us within 14 days for a refund of the duplicate charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email jazmine@beyondthebrains.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Free Resources
Resources in the Free Library are free — no payment, no refund needed. If a free file is corrupted, just re-download it from your account or contact us for help.
Workshops
Workshop registrations are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 7 days receive a credit toward a future workshop.
